Cala Figuera is close to my heart. That's why I've been working for more than 15 years to breathe new life into Cala Figuera and bring it back to its former glory. More modern, of course, maybe more sophisticated - at least not mass tourism - but to bring about a awakening from the slumber of the Sleeping Beauty.

With many campaigns and regular events in cooperation with the local authorities and prominent islanders, I have repeatedly drawn attention to Cala Figuera. Inselradio, Inselzeitung and German television also helped me.

Since 2013 I have been struggling to find an investor for the derelict land and unused buildings and now I am very happy that I succeeded in working with a Mallorcan friend and with the support of my shaman Soleia.

​

At this point I would like to thank both of them once again. Especially because it finally changed my life for the better.

 

Exclusive houses will be built on the plots of land, which will significantly enhance the image of the village and the public living there.

​

I am also pleased that I was given the opportunity to offer these houses and that is why this website was created with only a few objects at first.  

​

Over time, more will be added because my bar/restaurant el momento keeps asking me: "Don't you know someone - I want to sell my finca?" or vice versa "I'm looking for a nice apartment - do you perhaps know someone who would like to sell?".

​

I will put this on a professional footing, but initially concentrate on selling the new buildings. So please give me a bit of time until many objects appear here. Maybe we'll meet up in my bar el momento for a drink or a cutlet a lá Steffen Henssler (a well-known German TV chef)!?
